This Self-Help Masterclass Series is a program to learn how to improve mental well-being, master stress, and live an empowered life on purpose.
Each day includes group exercises and discussions that will be insightful, informative, and fun.

Each class is 1-hour from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. I will sign off at 7:30pm and understand the VIP participants stay for an extra hour.

I understand that if I place my order less than 10 days in advance of the class, my book may arrive after the program starts, but I will still be able to participate.
